The FDA will have a hearing on scientific data and information about products containing cannabis or cannabis-derived compounds on May 31 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
It will be on the White Oak Campus, Building 31, Room 1503, Great Room. In order to attend the hearing or make a presentation, notices must be received by May 10 with confirmation sent out by May 21. People unable to attend can view the hearing via webcast after the hearing is completed.
The docket number for submitting public comments is FDA-2019-N-1482. This docket number will be open for comments until July 2. Written comments will be accepted so long as they are postmarked by July 2 and can be submitted to Division of Docket’s Management (HFA-305), Food and Drug Administration, 5630 Fishers Ln., Room 1061, Rockville, Maryland.
